Not every bottle needs to be rationed. Oro Quotidiano is the generous expression of Oliveto Letizia — the same Minuta, Verdello, and Biancolilla cultivars, the same cold-extraction at the mill, in a 500ml Sicilian maiolica tin designed for everyday use.

Pour it over roasted vegetables. Finish a bowl of pasta. Use it the way the Letizia family used it — daily, without ceremony, because the quality is simply the standard.

Tasting Notes

Delicate green fruit, light almond, and subtle floral notes on the nose. The Verdello adds brightness and a gentle sweetness that rounds out the Minuta's refined peppery finish. Smooth, versatile, and clean.

Pairings
