SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order Items Some or all products on our store are currently available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your product ahead of its arrival. Estimated dispatch for current pre-orders is December 2026 – January 2027.

Pre-order payments are processed at the time of purchase. If your estimated dispatch date changes significantly, we will notify you by email. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting us at keith@longioro.com.au.

Once your pre-order is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

Processing Time In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Pre-order items will be dispatched as per the estimated date above.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia via Australia Post and selected couriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at keith@longioro.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
