Shipping policy

Pre-Order Items All products are currently available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your allocation ahead of dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates are as follows:

Prima Raccolta EVOO — April 2027
Verdello Face Oil — May 2027
Nebrodi Mountain Tea — August 2027

Pre-order payments are processed at the time of purchase. If your estimated dispatch date changes, we will notify you by email. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting us at keith@longioro.com.au.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

Processing Time Orders are dispatched as per the estimated dates above. Once shipped, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We currently ship within Australia only, via Australia Post and selected couriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at keith@longioro.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
