Nebrodi Mountain Tea

A future infusion, shaped by the mountain.

Following settlement, we hope to begin tending the grove that will become the home of Oliveto Letizia and LONGIORO. Until then, the estate remains in the care of its current owners. Nebrodi Mountain Tea is a planned product for a future harvest, not a batch already gathered, blended or packed.

The intended blend is Minuta olive leaf, nepitella, mallow, wild fennel and rosemary. Our plan is to grow or forage the ingredients on the estate after settlement, dry them slowly and blend them by hand. Production remains subject to settlement, the season and product development.

It is intended to be the quietest thing from this grove.

The Planned Blend

Minuta olive leaf will be the heart of the blend, with nepitella, mallow, wild fennel and rosemary. These ingredients connect our plans for the tea to the same landscape as our planned olive oil.

The final blend and tasting notes will be shared once we have gathered, developed and assessed the tea itself.
