Nebrodi Mountain Tea is a Sicilian herbal infusion gathered from the slopes of the Nebrodi Mountains at Oliveto Letizia — olive leaf, nepitella, mallow, wild fennel, and rosemary, each grown or foraged from the estate.
Olive leaf is the heart of the blend. Rich in oleuropein and naturally caffeine-free, it has been used in Mediterranean wellness traditions for centuries — and makes this a tea that belongs in the evening as much as the morning.
The remaining herbs each earn their place. Nepitella is a wild Sicilian mint found only in the mountains. Mallow softens the cup. Wild fennel adds a quiet anise note. Rosemary grounds it. Together they make a composition that could only come from this place.
