Following settlement, we hope to begin tending the grove that will become the home of Oliveto Letizia and LONGIORO. Until then, the estate remains in the care of its current owners. Nebrodi Mountain Tea is a planned product for a future harvest, not a batch already gathered, blended or packed.

The Planned Blend

The intended blend is Minuta olive leaf, nepitella, mallow, wild fennel and rosemary. Our intention is to grow or forage the ingredients on the estate after settlement, dry them slowly and blend them by hand.

Production remains subject to settlement, the season and product development. Final blend details and tasting notes will be shared once we have developed and assessed the tea itself.

We plan to connect each batch to its source and harvest through a provenance record on the XRP Ledger. Batch-specific records and verification will follow production.
