REFUND POLICY

At LongiOro, we stand behind the quality of our Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Pre-Order Cancellations You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us at keith@longioro.com.au with your order number.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at keith@longioro.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. However, if you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
