The first LONGIORO commercial pressing is still ahead.

Following settlement, we hope to begin tending the grove that will become the home of Oliveto Letizia in the Nebrodi Mountains of Sicily. Until then, the estate remains in the care of its current owners.

We hope to begin with the 2026 harvest, subject to settlement and the season. The oil has not yet been pressed or bottled. The grove is planted with hundred-year-old Minuta trees, alongside Verdello and Biancolilla.

Our intention is to cold-extract the olives within six hours of picking and leave the oil unfiltered, allowing it to settle naturally. The founding release is planned as a limited allocation of 500 numbered 250 ml bottles, subject to the harvest.

We plan to link each bottle to an individual provenance record on the XRP Ledger. Bottle-specific records and verification will follow production.

First release provisionally planned for early 2027, subject to settlement and the season. Final production and release timing will be confirmed as those milestones unfold. The founding allocation will open to interest-list members first.
