LONGIORO is an Australian family business with Sicilian roots. Our next chapter is taking shape in the Nebrodi Mountains of Sicily. Following settlement, we hope to begin tending the grove that will become the home of Oliveto Letizia and LONGIORO.

Our first oil has not yet been pressed or bottled. We hope to begin with the 2026 harvest, subject to settlement and the season, with the first Prima Raccolta release provisionally planned for early 2027. Final production and timing will be confirmed as that chapter unfolds.

We plan to make each product in limited quantity, shaped by its harvest. Individual provenance records on the XRP Ledger are planned to follow production, connecting each numbered bottle of Prima Raccolta to its estate, cultivar, harvest and bottle number.

The founding allocation will open to those on the private list first. Write to us directly to tell us which products interest you, and we will be in touch when they are ready. Registering your interest is not a purchase or a confirmed product allocation.
